Communication
We understand the importance of communicating clearly with you, our parents and carers, to ensure that you are kept fully informed of developments affecting your child’s education.
As a school we now use the following tools for communication:
- School website
- ‘Parent Call’ text messaging system
- ‘Truancy Call’ text messaging system
- Student planner
- Letters
- Newsletters
- Termly student reports (including annual form teacher comments)
In order for us to contact you easily (including in an emergency), please ensure that you inform school of changes to your home address, email address or telephone numbers.
So that we can best support your child in school it is important that we are aware of any factors outside school which may be affecting their education. Please contact your child’s Head of Year by email or telephone 0113 2630741 if you would prefer to speak to us.
