We are incredibly proud of our ECT2 teaching colleagues, who have all successfully completed their Early Career Training programme. Last week, we celebrated alongside all ECT2s from across the GORSE trust at The Ruth Gorse Academy, which was a wonderful event to celebrate how far they have come since starting their training in 2024. For anyone interested in a career in teaching, visit our GORSE SCITT website at https://gorsescitt.org.uk/ for more information.
