As you are all aware following on from a student voice activity completed at the beginning of the year, we have evolved and launched 100% Club Points’!
On Monday 16 January 2023 all students in the academy were awarded a Golden Envelope in a special launch assembly for our new initiative. It was an incredible day which saw all students awarded their first ‘100% Club Points”. Not only did students receive their 100% Club Points for the number of 100% week’s they have had this year, 6 students in each year group received additional ‘Club Points’ via a live raffle.
It was incredible to see the student’s excitement about this new and exciting initiative. We have also seen our first students ‘cash in’ their ‘Club Points’ to access 100% Attendance Club Events, purchase items from the new cabinet and donate money to their chosen charities.
We cannot wait to see this attendance incentive motivate our students to attend school. Excellent attendance really is the bedrock for success ta TFA! We hope the students are as excited as we are!
