In February half-term, Miss Lupton organised a trip to New York taking year 10 and year 11 students alongside Miss Pogson and Mr Warden. 25 of our students were able to go to the big apple and experience the joys of the city whilst incorporating learning of EPR into the trip.

On the trip, students spent 5 days visiting some of the best sites of New York. This included a trip to Ellis Island to view the statue of liberty, a visit to the 9/11 memorial and museum, alongside getting on Top of the Rock and the Empire State Building!

In light of the fact this was an EPR visit, students also visited the wonders of St Paul’s Chapel and St Patrick’s Cathedral. The visit was an absolute success with students having enjoyed the trip of a lifetime and staff thoroughly enjoyed the visit; students were on the best behaviour! Well done to Miss Lupton for all the organisation and hard work.
