The final week of the half term saw the culmination of 14 weeks of rehearsals for this year’s school production of We Will Rock You and what a splendid performance our students put on! It goes without saying that without the hard work and commitment of all staff involved the show would not have been the success that it was. There were a number of standout moments from the performance, from the full cast number of ‘Radio Gaga’, to the sombre ‘Noone but you, only the good die young’, featuring the incredible singing voice of Isla R and Katie S. Chloe S and Daniel F brought the comedy to the performance with their witty lines and references to Queen lyrics. Aimee G and Oliver K carried the storyline and led the cast into the finale of ‘We will Rock You’ and finally a full cast performance of ‘Bohemian Rapsody’! An incredibly difficult song at the best of times but the cast did a fabulous job, all whilst rocking out on stage living their best lives. All of this wouldn’t be possible to achieve in such a short space of time, without the support of our wonderful parents and carers, so thank you too!
