During the first week back at school this half term we ran a masterclass session to students, who have been going above and beyond in attending our BIG 3 enrichment activities of volleyball. Rowing and karate. This was a wonderful event and it was brilliant to be able to give students the opportunity to play extra sport and be rewarded for doing so. The coaches from across the Trust came over to support in volleyball and karate and loved the initiative.
This is something that we are hopign to make into a regular reward moving forward. Please come down to our clubs are get involved. You do not need to have any prior experience in these clubs, and they are all absolutely free!
On top of these events many of our students go on to represent the school in these sports and compete against other students from other schools, building lasting memories long after they have finished school.
