Ryan’s act of kindness
Ryan, a year 8 student at The Farnley academy, has gone above and beyond to help within the local community.
On his way home from school Ryan saw that a local resident had fallen in her garden. Ryan went to her aid, calling an ambulance and remaining with her until it arrived. Mrs Westwood is now out of hospital and was thrilled to see Ryan again and thank him for what he had done for her.
Ryan’s act of kindness is a reminder for us all about the importance of this core value. He certainly is a role model for his peers and we are all extremely proud of Ryan!
