At the heart of Positive Discipline, Praise Postcards are distributed each half term to commended students. The reasons for receiving a postcard could be for a variety of reasons. Positive student progress, Superb behaviour and Outstanding effort are just a few of these reasons.
Each teacher will award 3 students in every class a personalised postcard for their fantastic achievements every half term. Postcards are awarded in harmony with other rewards within the academy. We are delighted with the amount of students who receive these Praise Postcards, and we recognise the true brilliance of students that we have here at The Farnley Academy.
If you have already received one of these you should be extremely proud and continue your excellence in subjects, if not then we still have 2 terms to go. You can do it!
