Our Year 7s have been with us for less than 3 weeks and what an amazing 3 weeks it has been!
We have already got nearly 90% of students achieving their Bronze or Silver certificates due to their amazing amount of credits. Students have settled well and are making the most of academy life with several applications to be House Captains or deputies. We have also had a record number of Year 7 students show interest in auditioning for this year’s TFA production. Students are utilising their democratic votes next week are going to be voting for their Head Boy and Head Girl to influence life at TFA. We have over 200 students already completing their loyalty extra-curricular rewards cards, which put them in the running for a non-uniform day before half term. We are also proud to state that Year 7 attendance is the highest in the academy and we have over 260 students on track to join the 100% Attendance Club in October – fantastic! If Year 7 can maintain 100% attendance for two consecutive days then they are all going to be rewarded with a trip to Flamingo Land… and we have our rewards trip to Alton Towers to look forward to next Friday!
Who is going to join us for this exciting transition for the next academic year?
