This week students have been reminded of The Farnley Academy’s vision, to deliver ‘An Exceptional Student Experience for All’. The realisation of our vision is a journey, however, every day, as a community, we move one step closer to the achievement of our goals and remain tenacious in the pursuit of excellence for our young people.
Underpinning our work are our three ‘Core Values’ which are alive throughout our academy, both within the classroom and around school.
We ask all members of our community to be Ambitious, Resilient, and Kind. Each ‘Core Value’ is part of our dialogue with our young people as well as our filter for all decision made across our academy.
We are proud that our values have stood the test of time and remain as pertinent today (perhaps more so!) as when they were created by our student body. This week students have held discussion with their own experiences with these core values, and the positive impact it has on the whole community.
