This week, Miss Naden has delivered assemblies to all students communicating The Farnley Academy’s Expectation, ensuring Half Term 2 is even more successful than Half Term 1.
Miss Naden reviewed all that positive data that each year group have demonstrated and provided advice and support to ensure each child is successful at The Farnley Academy.
Miss Naden highlighted the support each child has in the academy supporting them making the right decisions. These include:
- Clear standards and expectations
- Praise/Rewards
- Behaviour Team
- Inclusion Team
- Attendance Team
- Form Tutors
- Class Teachers
- Senior Leadership Team
Miss Naden further highlighted the basic clear message, that if students are in school and in lessons, they will do well at The Farnley Academy.
